We take great pride in looking at all our workers and make sure we get the best for each trade. All trades people are DOT Drug Tested before each project they are sent to, and all must attend and pass our OSHA 10 training program. When you join us as an employee you become a member of our family and you are not just a person, we want to know you and your family. We are not looking for trades people for the short term, we are looking for long term relationships for you and us. We offer all employees after 90 days of employment full benefits. As a member of our team we offer all that are working the opportunity to enter our monthly drawing for our Monthly gift of a tool that is picked by the Team Leader of the Division you are working for.

Our team has over a 100 years of experience working with Contractors, Shipyards and Maintenance Facilities. Our team members are the best in the industry. At CDS Trades, we work exceptionally hard as a Construction Employer and Recruiter to provide you with the best skilled craftsmen. All of our craftsmen are fully guaranteed. We seek craftsmen who are reliable, honest, skilled verified and understand the importance of safety on the job sites.
